Shipping policy

We know how exciting it is to prepare for a trip, and we do our best to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays or high-volume periods.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on your location and the items in your order. Most orders arrive within:

  • United States: 2–10 business days after shipment

  • International: 10–20 business days after shipment (depending on destination)

While we work with trusted carriers, delivery times may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, or seasonal demand.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, please allow 24–48 hours for it to arrive, as carriers sometimes mark items as delivered early.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your package appears delayed or hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us at brook@globeandgathershop.com and include your order number.

We’re always happy to look into it and help however we can.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

Globe & Gather is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
