Refund policy

We want you to feel confident about what you pack for your journey. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Our 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Returned in their original packaging, including tags and accessories

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Starting a Return

To begin a return, simply email us at brook@globeandgathershop.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

  • A brief note on why you’re returning it (this helps us improve!)

Once your request is approved, we’ll send you:

  • Return instructions

  • A return shipping label (when applicable)

Please note that items sent back without first contacting us can’t be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged, defective, or not quite right, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Send an email to brook@globeandgathershop.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Photos, if possible

We’ll take care of it as quickly as we can.

Items That Can’t Be Returned

Some items aren’t eligible for return, including:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items that show signs of use, wear, or washing

  • Items returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories

If you’re ever unsure, just ask — we’re happy to help before you ship anything back.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time.
The easiest way to get the right item is to return what you have and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you with an update.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Most refunds are processed within 10 business days

  • Your bank or card provider may take a little extra time to post the refund

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
